- Lynda Alexander Review added: 2018.06.08★ ★ ★ ★ ★Booked Joanna’s pet sitting service after recommendation and meeting her and a colleague in person during a meet and greet with my pets. Was very impressed with her professionalism and demeanour. My pets took to her instantly as did I. Joanna was very thorough both with paperwork and in familiarising herself with our house and pets. She even checked the whereabouts of the gas tap and water stopcock in case of emergency. I was kept well informed about what my pets were up to whilst I was away by text message. My pets were fed, exercised and relaxed when I returned home. Will definitely use Joanna’s services again both for pet sitting and grooming. Absolutely first class service so please don’t be put off by the one negative review posted which was, in any event, a case of mistaken identity.
